1. Every Runner is a marathon runner

Not every runner need to be a marathoner not even half marathoner. I have been running atleast 4 days a week since 3 years. Some people really understand the hard work and consistency while others overlook them and ask if I had finished so and so marathon that his/her friend finished.

I want you to understand that it is no fun it your marathon one day and take rest 364 days of an year, it doesnot help you in any way. But if the habit is consistent enough it gives your a sense of satisfaction, motivation and good HDL cholestrol.

Running and walking gives time for people to think about themselves and their body. Which people often forget although it is very crucial. It gives a healthy break from our chaos.

2. All runners should run at least a mile without stopping

Most of the time runners try to reach their distance in a particular time span. Some people do it by walking and some by running only. What it really matters here is where we are pushing ourselves or not. We don’t have to be hard on ourselves but at the same time we need to push ourserlves a little bit daily so that you and your body stays out of your comfort zone.

If anyone tells you to run a mile daily without stopping and that is what running means then think you deserve a better health and they will not go far.

3. Runner can eat anything and everything

Runner cannot eat everything. It takes lot of preparation to do marathons atleast once in a year. I would say going to gym everyday is little less tougher than preparing for a marathon. To make the journey easy runners do avoid frozen food, heavy meals and do exercise to ready the body for a run.

4. Running is easy

Lolz this is

5. Tracking the distance is not necessary
